Zip! Zap! Goes the Witch’s stew!

Zip! Zap! Goes the witch’s stew,

The tail of a mouse and a monkey’s too!

A crow’s beak and a crooked road,

A slithering snake and a slimy toad!

Zip! Zap! Goes the witch’s stew,

Stir it till it’s half past two!

The ear of a dog, and the fur of a cat,

Stir it with a lousy rat!

Zip! Zap! Goes the witch’s stew,

Tongue of a crocodile ready to brew!

And if you add a wombat’s knee,

Stir until half past three!

Zip! Zap! Goes the witch’s stew,

Jug of rum and slimy goo!

50 frogs and 60 ants,

40 year old wizard’s pants!

Zip! Zap! Goes the witch’s stew,

20 rabbits who have a flu!

And if the stew doesn’t go Zip! Zap!

Add an old rusty tap!

The Phoenix

Of all mystical creatures

The Phoenix is hard to tame

Its pride is bigger than its heart

And no one knows from where it came

Only some wizards are known to own it

Since its species is very rare

And wizards who own it

Need to give it special care

Its feathers are red and gold

Its tears have healing powers

It can carry a ton or two

It can use its flares for flowers

But sadly when its old

It burns up in a flame

Luckily, you’d be glad to know

It rises from the ashes again

Of all mystical creatures

The Phoenix is very Bright

Its beak is made of Gold

And its flame can give us light

The Kite

Look at the wonderful kite

Dancing up so high

Showing its beautiful colours

Right up in the sky

Moving so gracefully

It’s colours bold and bright

Showing off in the wind

Dancing in the light

It’s movements are elegant

Like how Cheetahs move

And its gracefulness is always

Not required to prove

The Cats Bowling Night

Everyone said good night, everyone snored

The Cats sneaked out of the doors!

Down the alleyway, up the sidewalk

To a building with 500 floors!

They opened the door and went inside

They climbed to floor number 51!

They lit the lights (I bet you’re amazed)

A Bowling Alley with pins numbered 10 to 1!

They took the balls and set scoreboards

They hit the pins, STRIKE!

They all played except one feline

Who hurt his tail with a spike!

As the sun rose they scurried home

Before their masters woke up!

But they all know when their masters sleep,

They’ll go to the Bowling Alley after Sup!

The Teacher’s Lounge

Frank always wanted to explore

What hid behind the lounge’s door

Where teachers stayed during our breaks

Eating Ice-creams, pies or roasted steaks?

Or a sofa and a comfy chair?

But whatever you do Reader, beware!

Cause if any child enters that door

Its straight detention on the 24th floor

This didn’t matter to our Frank

Who stooped grades to “C” rank

But before he could open the door

He was in detention on the 24th floor

ROBOTS

Robots are big, Robots are small

Robots can roll up into a ball

Robots are fat, Robots are thin

Robots can also be your personal dustbin

Robots are long, Robots are wide

Robots will never leave your side

Robots are short, Robots are tall

Robots will catch you, before you fall

Robots are brave, Robots are shy

Robots will make you laugh not cry

Some are popular, some are not

But you will never be free from any Robot

Loneliness

Loneliness is like ink, without a pen

Loneliness is like an egg, without a hen

Loneliness is like soap, without a bubble

Loneliness is like a witch, without trouble

Loneliness is like a story, without a book

Loneliness is like an actress, without the look

Loneliness is like water, without fish

Loneliness is like a star, without a wish

Loneliness is like a cloud without the sky

Loneliness is like a bird that cannot fly

Loneliness is like a jungle, without trees

Loneliness is like a hive, without bees
